In Sept 2010 I ordered 3 "Reach UltraClean Toothbrush" and other items. They were promptly delivered to my friend address in USA who then would forward the parcel to Sri Lanka where I am presently residing; however, my friend only send it in August 2011. Then I found out Drugstore sent me 3 "Reach By Design Toothbrush" by mistake. I emailed and asked for an Authorized Exchange. Drugstore Customer Service replied immediately and asked me to call to confirm my renewal credit card (for toothbrush replacement). I asked if they could send them to my home address in Canada since I am living in Sri Lanka and my friend only did one favor and would not send it to me again, Customer Service told me that the store would not send outside USA so they will give me a refund and I don't have to send back 3 toothbrush.
I am so impressed with their prompt problem solving skill and efficient management. Drugstore deserves my praise.
So I used Reach UltraClean Toothbrush to give a feedback about this product. It does as what it claims. Actually, I like this one very much and wish if it had the rubber handle. It cleans better and softer than my old Reach UltraClean Toothbrush. I only tried a few time recently so don't know much about durability. My old one lasted more than 8 months.
