Just sit there on the sofa and floss away. It's really easy and it gets everywhere. Some of my teeth are really close together and flossing manually is almost impossible, but this little guy gets it all, no fuss, real easy. Long handle, small head, strong floss, I can get everywhere while watching a show. Now I floss all the time and my dentist sees the difference (I've been going to the same one for over 30 years). Some say the string is to tight and it doesn't wrap around your teeth, yeah, sorta true. But since I won't do it manually, and since I can angle the thing, it is better than not flossing at all, and it is better than any other flosser I have seen. This thing helps me do a job I won't do otherwise. Recommended! I've had the handle for several years, so it may be that they've slightly changed the manufacturing creating a slight mis-match of size. I do find this tool very usefull - especially because regular flossing, wrapping around my fingers, hurts my fingers after awhile. Sometimes, though, when I am pulling the floss out of the space between my teeth, the tool releases from my teeth suddenly and then hits the teeth on the opposite side. About a year ago I found a Reach Access Flosser at [@] and picked it up with a refill pack. She finds it easy to use so I haven't tried teaching her how to use regular floss. Now our local [@] only stocks mint-flavored refills so I turn to drugstore.com. Pros

If you are looking to buy a flosser like this don't select the Dentek product just because it is cheaper. The flossing heads of the Dentek product come out when flossing while the Reach product stays secure. Pros

All they have are the flavors, for instance mint. I find that the mint and other flavors tend to make me nauseous. Pros
