I started using this floss about a year ago. Best floss ever! Then it disappeared for awhile. When it came back... not even close to the same product.I honestly thought it was a mistake! Nope.. just the new look! It's as if they left the yarn strand off of the floss! No flavor to speak of, very sharp and painful to use.The new look floss does not expand to clean the way the original did! Why must everything be "NEW and IMPROVED" ???? DRUGSTORE.COM is awesome... this floss, sadly is no longer the same. I will throw it away.

Our family love this product. It does a great job, plus it has fluoride in it which is an added benefit. Very gentle on the gums ( our main reason for using this product), and it lasts longer and doesn't break while using it.

The twisted fibers of this floss are best used on teeth that aren't too tight together because if that's the case, they may tear the floss and leave a fiber stuck between teeth. But it's perfect for my teeth that aren't too tight together, and it really drags out any debris. I use it after I brush, and am always amazed how much this floss extracts, even after brushing!

Regular floss and my gums don't work. That's why I love this gentle gum care floss. It's hard for me to find which is why I always get it from drugstore.com. This product helps me to fight plaque and makes my mouth feel completely clean.

Great product, cleans much better than "regular" floss. This product is not waxed, which allows for better cleaning. Floss is also fairly strong, doesn't shred when being used.

AFTER READING ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, I PURCHASED THE FLOSS EXPECTING GOOD RESULTS. HOWEVER THE FLOSS GOT STUCK IN BETWEEN MOST OF MY TEETH AND I COULD BARELY GET IT OUT. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. GOING BACK TO MY COLGATE FLOSS, WHICH MAKES THE WHOLE PROCESS OF FLOSSING EASY AND QUICK.

It looks thick, so I thought it would be a little hard to use, but it is softer than most of flosses, and because it is soft woven, it absorb moist while flossing, which i find nice.

Very good floss. It seems to clean better than regular tape- or thread-type floss.
