I am glad that I read a report on the anecdotal evidence for the ingredient “Pygeum” and its apparent effect on prostrate health. At 63 I have been taking just saw palmetto for years and had to get up some times at night to make the trip to the bathroom. After taking the “Prostate Formula” no more wake ups for that.

I've used Real Health's Prostate Formula for close to 10 years. I've found that as long as I take it consistently and regularly then I don't have the symptoms of an enlarged prostate; but, if I skip taking it for more than 2 - 3 weeks then those symptoms start to emerge.
I do wish there was a low or no vitamin version because with the amount of vitamin B6 in Prostate Formula along with the B6 in my regular multi-vitamin, I am approaching levels that could be health damaging -- and either product alone would be way way above what is considered normal/adequate intake.

After my doctor indicated that my PSA level had increased each of the past several years and any further increase would require medication, I started to use this product. I took it 3 times a day for a year and my PSA level decreased slightly. I am convinced this product actually works since I did not change my diet or lifestyle.

I used the product as directed for over two months with out noticing any improvment. The tablets are too big and the product is over priced. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I used this product everyday for about 2 months. It helped relieve pressure and pain. Make sure you drink lots of water. This product helped flush my kidneys clean. No more emergency late night bathroom runs to urinate.
As a dietary supplement, recommended use is 3 tablets per day with food (or as recommended by a physician). As with many supplements, regular use is recommended to maximize good health. You may begin realizing some benefits within a very short time, however, it is important to take The Prostate Formula for at least 60-90 days to obtain optimal benefits.
