I would take three per day in the morning along with a Mega Men's or comparable multi-vitamin, a B-Complex, and vitamin C. First week I didn't notice much more than what I would from taking just my multi's, but by the third week, I had immediate sexual interest, the erection would grow very firmly and stay at length for longer periods of time. I was able to perform up to 3 times per day for long enjoyable periods of time. Ejaculation was also a bit more powerful.
I was certainly prouder of my full erection, although don't expect super gains in size if you only took one bottle, like me. Definitely noticed a little difference when I ran out, but over time I've noticed better performance more often than usual. It works. I take this daily and a few capsules 2-3 hours before sex along with my regular supplents and vitamins including Yohimbe. I also take Men's X-action from Natures Sunshine.
I do not take these just for the sexual aspect but for the benefits of the ingredients for my health. It has greatly helped my blood pressure and the erection benefit has been great!
