Comments about Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman Starter Set, 1 ea: I was finally able to grab this set, every place who carries them, were on back order or something, anyway, I grabbed this up, this is the Best Set of eye brushes I have ever owned, including MAC! Extremely easy to use, grabs just enough product, the final look is always Fantastic, you cant go wrong with this Set, everything you need is in this set to create the perfect eye look you want. If you buy anything from Real Techniques, I recommend this set first as sometimes this set is hard to find, grab when you see it, then the Core Set is a must have as well. I am going to buy more sets to have on hand as for the Price of these, you simply cannot wrong. Love Real Technique products, Ladies you have to try them. Pros

Comments about Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman Starter Set, 1 ea: Before buying these, I used whatever brushes or applicators came with makeup product. With these brushes I realize how bad product brushes are. These brushes don't leave little brush hairs all over my face, are full sized and sturdy. I love them. Pros

Best Uses Comments about Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman Starter Set, 1 ea: These are good eye brushes, but I did have to get used to their size and alter my techniques a bit. They seem so large, but they apply and blend well. The crease brush is my favorite and the shadow brush is effective too. They were cost effective and designed well. NONE of my real techniques brushes have shed and THAT is outstanding given the cost. Pros

Comments about Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman Starter Set, 1 ea: I love the Deluxe Crease Brush for blending/buffing. It's my most used brush for the kit. I also love the angled brush for eyebrow powder. Great quality brushes! Pros

Comments about Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman Starter Set, 1 ea: Great quality for the $! The best thing about synthetic bristles is that they can be used for cream & powder products. This is a great core brush set. You can add to your collection as needed. The case like the other reviewers suggest is great! The bristles are super soft and do a wonderful job of blending. Highly recommend! I have quite an assortment of brushes that cost a lot more, that aren't necessarily better then these. Great pricing on this set! Pros

Comments about Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman Starter Set, 1 ea: This starter set contains all the basic brushes needed to apply your eye makeup. I use my base shadow brush to apply my concealer under my eyes, and the deluxe crease brush to apply and blend my shadow. I have the pixel point eyeliner brush that I sometimes use to apply my gel eyeliner, but truth be told, I prefer my fine liner brush to get a more accurate line. But if I'm going for a more dramatic smoky eye I use my pixel point eyeliner brush to apply the gel while using the accent brush to blend the liner into the corners of my eyes. My brow brush helps to fill in my brows naturally but I find that I still like to use a brow gel to help keep the hairs in place. The Panoramic case is great because it comes with extra space to store other brushes that I purchased to compliment this set. Once opened, you can fold the top half of the case down to create sort of an easel so that the case can stand on it's own with the brushed easily accessible. This brush set is such a value in terms of quality and price. I can't believe how much I love these brushes; even more than the ones I've purchased from [@] for a much higher price. Pros

Comments about Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman Starter Set, 1 ea: I love this set of brushes because it's almost everything you need to get your face on everyday. I use the base shadow brush to apply concealer under my eyes and then to apply primer across the lids. It's just the perfect brush size for the eye area. Then I use the deluxe shadow brush to apply my shadow. the accent brush has small bristles so I find it is just the right size to blend my eyeliner into my eyeshadow for a smoky eye. The eyeliner brush is a little thick to be used for eyeliner but I find it makes a really good lip liner brush. I use it with my favorite lipstick and noticed that I like the texture of my lipstick better when I use this brush to apply it. The brow brush is perfect for filling in brows. I get lazy and tend to not brush my brows with a seperate brow comb because the firm texture of this brow brush moves the brows into place while filling in the color. It's the perfect shortcut when getting ready in the morning. Pros

Comments about Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman Starter Set, 1 ea: I have been wearing eye makeup for over 10 years and I never thought a different kind of "brush" would really make that much difference.. I was WRONG! I am not an expert makeup artist, I'm just a makeup enthusiast. Purchasing this kit is something I should have done a long time ago! I have regular eye shadow brushes that work just fine to apply eye shadow, but you can do things with these brushes I never even thought about! They apply color so evenly. They blend colors so awesomely (if that's even a word..). They are super soft, easy to use, and easy to clean. I haven't had a chance to use the liner brush but it looks pretty good, maybe a little thick. The brow brush is soft but stiff enough to do a great job. The case is fantastic! It folds up to keep eveything inside and you can bend half of it over so it stands up. Pretty cool. I'm on my way to purchase the rest of Real Techniques brushes/sets. If you're hesitating on purchasing this, don't. Most women (sometimes me..) pay more than this for 1 eyeshadow or liner, it's well worth it. Displaying reviews 1-9 ![]() |
