I wasn't sure if this would be worth the money I was spending. I can say that it IS. I was paying $30, each time I got a gel nail polish manicure at the salon. I am wearing the Ready for the Red Carpet color now and it has been on for two weeks. It is as shiny as the day I put it on. I get compliments from all my friends and co-workers. I have told many people about this product!

I was excited to purchase this product due to all the positive comments and feedback regarding gel polish. The description of the kit says it is all you need but upon opening the box you find that you actually need the RCM Accessories Kit which includes, an orangewood stick, emery board, Cuticle pusher and buffer tabs to remove the polish from your nail and remove the top layer of your nail as prep work. I understand one can buy quite a few of these items but the nail buffer? are we supposed to take an emery board to our nails without this kit? oh and this kit... only comes with one color... please read all reviews carefully before purchasing.

This is the best nail product I own. The red color that comes with this kit is exactly the same color of a red solo cup. I'm not a red polish type but this red rocks and I always get compliments on it. It lasts for at least two weeks, if not more, but I always remove because my nails get so long and strong during this time that the space between my cuticle and the polish becomes annoying. I'm sure it would last well into three weeks if I let it go. I type on a daily basis and do all kinds of other things that usually damage my nails, but with this gel on, my nails are like steel! I love it! There is only one down side to this kit - always use the structure and top coat with RCM polishes. I've tried other "LED" polishes and they just don't last as long as the RCM polishes.

This kit literally paid for itself in 1.5 uses. So easy to apply and it seem to last longer than the salon versions. My first application lasted 3 weeks and 2 days. No chipping whatsoever. I was afraid i wouldn't be able to get the polish off, but mine came off easily where the polish forms like an edge with new nail growth, i had no problem peeling off the polish without using any solution. I've tried 3 colors so far.. Lot's of compliments.. And I am very happy!

This is super easy to use. It doesn't take long at all to do your nails. Take my advice and read the instructions before you try to start out on your own. I didn't clean my nails the first time and they peeled right off. After I cleaned them and did everything over again I haven't had any problems. I get more compliments on my nails now that ever. I truly love this product!!!! I give it an A+++

I hesitated to try an at home gel manicure kit because I didn't think that it could be as good as a salon manicure. I'm glad I tried this one, because it is great. The polish cures quickly and stays shiny, and lasts for over a week.

I'm not great at doing my nails. My left hand is always pretty, and my right is usually pretty messed up. I haven't had that issue once with this kit. Mostly, I think it's because the polish is thicker. At any rate. I paint my nails in about the same amount of time it took to use just regular air-dry polish. It lasts for quite a while. I get chipps around my dry cuticles before I get any signs of wear around the tips! I've used regular nail polish between layers of base and top coat. Works just fine. Have also used other LED polishes, also, works just fine. I <3 this product! I'm obsessed with it. My nails always look freshly done, even a week or two after. I usually take the polish off because I want a color change more than because it needs fixing! You use a clean up liquid (a few seconds), paint on a primer (a few seconds), put on a base coat and LED it (under 2 minutes total for paint and light), add a color (under 3 or 4 minutes total for paint and light), put on a top coat (Under 2 minutes total for paint and light), and use the clean up liquid again (a few seconds). When you've done that... your nails are shiny as all get out... AND DRY! No waiting around for them to set or anything! That was a biggie for me, right away! And here's another biggie... Gel is strong. I have super weak nails, and now, they are all long and pretty. I had regular clear polish on for a few days (had loaned the LED to a friend to try out), and three broke at the end of that period because they weren't protected with my Gel. I put the gel back on when I could, and poof, they are all strong and not breaking!

I highly recommend this product. It pays for itself after 2 uses. You can't beat that! You do need to apply a very thin coat, which i didn't do the first time around. But by my 2nd application, I was a pro. The results were just as good as a salon, for a fraction of the cost. Removal of the polish is a breeze too, if you use the foil and let the nails sit for a bit. Don't be scared to try this for yourself. I was skeptical, it's not cheap at first, but if you like your nails to look pretty but don't want to spend $35 plus tip at the salon, get this!

I was a little leery about doing this. But I thought if you don't try you will never know. Also I want to save money. So I bought the two kits. I have done my Manicure twice and it gets easier as you do it. It does take some time about one hour. You're wasting time and money. Buy it Now.

This is a great starter kit. It comes with everything you need, including a bottle of red polish. I would suggest buying more colors right away and save on shipping. The pro light is great with a built in timer. My nails have never been so beautiful with an at home polish. I can get at least 2 weeks with this gel polish and the only problem is growth by my cuticle. No wear issues at all.
