This color is more of a slate blue than a light blue, but very pretty. Red carpet is awesome. I find that the manicure system only really looks good up to about 5 or6 days, not 2 weeks as they claim, which for me is a huge improvement.
Must be cured for 2 minutes in the RCM portable light or 45 seconds in RCM Pro Light, or 2 minutes in other UV Light systems. Red Carpet Manicure LEF Gel Polish must be applied over base gel. Apply in 2 thin coats and cure between each coat. Do not apply directly to the natural nail.
