Red Fork Recipe - Serves 2-4
1 pouch Red Fork Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning Sauce
1 pound mixed, cut fresh vegetables for stir-fry
Heat the Asian Stir-Fry Sauce in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the vegetables, mixing well to coat with sauce. Stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Variation: Use sauce as directed on bok choy, cabbage or blanched green beans and broccoli.
