I have very fine hair and live in an extremely dry climate. This conditioner keeps my hair from looking like straw, especially during the winter. I generally use it after shampooing with Rekdken All Soft shampoo, conditioning with Redken All Soft conditioner by applying the All Soft Heavy Cream to the bottom half of my hair. Once a week I apply the Heavy Cream all over, working it into my scalp for a deep conditioning treatment. If you do this, make sure to thoroughly rinse your scalp afterwards or it can leave your hair looking a little oily (which is quickly resolved by using some extra styling mousse or gel to the top of your head). This product does not weigh your hair down, and helps keep the dry frizzies away for 2-3 days.

The ingredient list of the product I received differs from what is listed on the web site. The product I received contains isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol), which can be very drying to hair. I have afro-textured hair, which tends to be dry. I DO NOT purchase hair care products that contain isopropyl alcohol. Had the indredient list been accurately depicted on drugtore.com's site, I would not have purchased it. Hopefully, the product I received is an old formulation. I may give it another try, but I will not be purchasing it from this site.

I really like this conditioner. I have very coarse thick color-treated wavy hair (Asian), I want a conditioner to weigh my hair down because it's so thick. This stuff is great. I only wash my hair every other day, use this conditioner, and then add moroccan oil and a straightening product before flat-ironing it. It smells good and is reasonably priced, what's not to love? Might be too heavy for finer textured hair, but it works great on my horse hair.

This works great with the Redken All Soft shampoo. I use it a couple of times a week instead of the regular conditioner. It keeps my hair soft and shiny, and I can put it on my scalp as well without it getting my hair greasy.

i think this would be too heavy for me if i didn't color my hair, because my hair is very fine. but, i have it highlighted (i.e. bleached) every four weeks and this makes my hair much healthier, softer and stronger. it does give a little shine, but not crazy lots. one of the best conditioners i've found.

The good thing is that you just need 5 mins of your time. It leaves my hair smooth but after a couple of days it goes back to normal. I am trying to apply this product 1-2 times a week. The price is fair.

I love this product,because I got the result after first use. My hairs are shiny,healthy,easy to comb and very silky,so I cant use any stuff to keep hairs together-it just slide down!! I use it each time when I wash my hairs,but now I will do it just once in a week,because Ive got great result.
The only thing I dont like about this product is no volume. I mean my shampoo gives great volume, but after this cream they absolutly straight! I cant do anything with it.
