I'm So sad because this was my go to shampoo. The new formula has caused my hair to become very dry and brittle. I'm so disappointed. Why change an obviously good thing. It was at the top of the ratings for a good reason. My search is on for new shampoo. :(

I bought this product based on the reviews and I am relieved to say that this product really delivered on its claims. I will continue to use the entire line (shampoo, conditioner, heavy cream) as my hair is now very soft and I can now wear it loose. Thank you, friends, for taking the time to post your reviews.

I first bought this shampoo at [@] (a trial size to test it out), I loved it and I bought the full size here. The shampoo is creamy, it lathers well and rinses your hair nicely. It also smells nice and my hair looks less dried.

I love the smell of this shampoo! It made my medium wavy hair very soft and shiny. I do wish the shampoo lathered a bit more, but my hair is kind of thick. Overall, another great Redken product. :)

Very gentle. I use with the matching conditioner and also use the deep conditioning treatment once a week from the same line. I am attempting to get my dry, brittle, prone to breakage hair which has been damaged by highlighting/color processing back into shape and this line is definitely making a difference. The one thing I really, really like, is that it doesn't weigh my fine hair down.

First shampoo that is reasonably priced that doesn't make my hair brittle or gunky. Almost gave it up too, when Redken improved it considerably about a year ago.

I bought this shampoo, along with the conditioner, and deep conditioning creme after it was voted as Allure's best hydrating shampoo. I was very, very disappointed. It dried my hair and scalp out horribly. I will not purchase this product or any other redken product ever again, it has been a week and I am still trying to restore the moisture it stripped from my hair. Even my hairstylist noticed how dried out my hair was.

In a nutshell, any Redken product is great. I got away from the store bought stuff last year, and thankful for it. My hair over all is softer, and less frizzy living in Los Angeles humidity. Folks have to try it to feel it.
