I use this product with Redken's Body Full shampoo, conditioner and other products for fine hair. It works great. Lightweight - doesn't weigh hair down or give it a greasy look or feel.

Normally I like Redken products and was excited about buying this due to all of the good reviews. Unfortunately I do not have much praise for this product.

Firstly, I cannot get over the atrocious smell. The scent lingers for quite a while, which I suppose for those out there who do like the smell is a good thing, but not for me.

Second, it is light-weight, very light-weight. So light-weight, I cannot feel it on my hair in the slightest. I have tried using little, moderate and heavy amounts in attempt to obtain the correct balance. I have used it on wet and dry hair. I have tried it before and after using styling tools, and of course let my hair simply air dry. With little varying results, I am sad to admit defeat.

I would also like to attest that I have recently had a trim; therefore my ends are far from being "fried" which is plausible that it may have altered the effectiveness of the product.

My hair is more on the floor, furniture and clothes than on my head. I decided to give this a try and have to say it's noticeable how much hair is NOT falling off. I'm really happy with this product!
Good smell and leaves my hair shiny. It's a winner in my book.

This is a good product, not perfect though. I am an african american female with 4b textured hair (texlaxed). Anyways my hair is somewhat damaged and i have unwanted breakage (who does want breakage anyways?) This is especially true when I shampoo/condition my hair and i still experience some breakage. I have tried everything all the way down to not using heat on my hair all the time. Anyways my hair still broke off regardless. So I purchased this product thinking it would be the miracle product! It's a nice product. At first I applied it to my hair without washing it. A no-no indeed for in the directions it says to apply to towel dried hair. Ok so that was my bad on my part. I shampooed/conditioned my hair, experienced my usual amount of breakage. Now, I used to experience more breakage when I combed my hair while wet after washing/conditioning it. Key word: Used to. I applied the product after I towel dried my hair and oh my goodness! Wow. Now there was very little breakage. Yes, there was still breakage/shedding but it was very, and I emphasize VERY little. So no it didn't solve my breakage problems completely but i'm sure with every use i will see an improvement in my hair health. Now the reason why i put 4 stars. It seems as though it leaves a waxy buildup on your hair. I guess this happens if you use too much so a little goes a long way. I don't like feeling any build up on my hair so that was a minor annoyance to me. Alright, there you have it. I will continue to use this product.

I really wish I could find a product that delivers all that it promises. I did not really see a difference in my hair. I thought this was for very damaged hair like mine. I would not buy this again. Maybe it works on very low damage hair people? I noticed that hair was easie to comb out but I notice this with MOST conditioners.

I am attempting to strengthen my fine hair that has been damaged by highlighting and coloring, and is prone to breakage. This product is really helping to accomplish that. Does not weigh hair down and my hair seems healthier since I have been using it the past 3 weeks.

I needed a conditioning/styling product which was not loaded with silicones. This product is very good and doesn't weigh my hair down. It softens it and allows for nice styling without build-up. The Redken scent is a little strong at first, but it wears off. I bought an extra bottle for my daughter to use, and she loves it too.
