I just want to say that I am very please on both accounts. This candied ginger is sweet, but not too sweet. The spiciness is just right. It does indeed settle my stomach any time it is a bit upset. It is also a nice mid-morning or afternoon snack with my tea or coffee. Overall - a great product. VS Most Liked Negative Review Very Sugary If you are looking for ginger flavored candy this would be it. I was hoping for more ginger. If you are looking for ginger flavored candy this would be it. Cons Best Uses Comments about Reed's Crystallized Ginger, 3.5 oz: I AM TAKING CHEMO DRUGS AND NAUSEA WENT UNCHECKED EVEN WITH A POPULAR RX. I EAT 2 OR 3 PIECES OF GINGER AND I'M GOOD TO GO FOR ABOUT 4-6 HOURS. THIS STUFF REALLY KICKS SOME SERIOUS BUTT IN THE NAUSEA WAR. I ALSO USE FRESH GINGER IN MY TEA. Comments about Reed's Crystallized Ginger, 3.5 oz: I bought these to take on a trip to Asia in case of stomach upset. Ginger is so good for the digestion. Easy to carry in resealable packaging. Will now try to use some in creating dishes. Note: It would be good to be sure you like ginger first because of potency in each piece! Comments about Reed's Crystallized Ginger, 3.5 oz: I don't like this brand as well as some others-it is better suited for cooking than snacking as it is fibrous and the sugar is 'chunky'. I prefer a different brand that has a very fine sugar coating and the ginger is more tender and a bit more flavorful.
