I've been suffering from cold sores for over 12 years. It would get so bad that my worst infection ran down to my chin. I looked like I had a bad gash from the corner of my mouth to my chin. Until now the best product I could find was Veractin, which helped stop the spread of the infection and shorten the healing time, but never stopped the sore from appearing.
At 3 times the cost of Viractin, I almost put this product back on the shelf. To my relief (ha-ha-ha), it works great. 9 out of 10 times, the sore never even appears if I apply it when I feel the tingle. When it does appear, it's a very small bump and I only have a very small scab that's gone within 3 days.
Obviously the reviews are mixed, I guess like they say, "results may vary" But for those of us that it helps, it's a real life saver. I'll buy 2 vials at a time, one for work and one for home.

I bought this product praying it did what it said. I was disappointed. I had a tingle and applied the medicine, and my cold sore still grew.
It dried it out a little, but still took its normal course. I had a feeling it was to good to be true.

I had 15 fever blisters on my face; I bought this Releev, and the next day it looked better, but not like the pics on their box. I feel it does work but not right away; it will work over a period of time like two weeks. It should clear up; this is not a one day treatment.

I was a skeptic at first, it seemed a bit pricey and "too good to be true". I used it after having a cold sore for 4 days, and the results were amazing! Within the first application I could feel a difference. By the second day, the sore wasn't cracking or painful. I did use it more than the directions stated. I will not be without this stuff!!

I expected big things from this product, given that it's the priciest, but I was disappointed. I don't know how they can claim 1-day treatment, because I couldn't tell a difference at all, and I applied it regularly throughout the day, and at the first sign of the sore. My cold sore still lasted a week, which is typical for me. Don't waste your money on this one!

I have suffered from cold sores since I was a child. I have tried everything. I was skeptical about this product. I will admit that in one day I had still had a scab, but the swelling and blisters were gone. In one day it cleared up the out break. It cut my healing time down to 3 days. Not bad when it usually takes over a week.

I bought this product, and as you already know it is not cheap. I started using it the morning I felt the cold sore come on. It did help the first time I used it by taking away the burning and itching for about 5 minutes. I used it as directed and the cold sore still lasted for 5-6 days. I do not understand the "1 day cold sore treatment" that is on the package. What does it do in one day?

Releev is the best cold sore medication I have ever tried! My occasional cold sore outbreaks normally last about a week. I recently tried Releev, and the cold sore was gone the next day. Amazing stuff!
