I think with most electric shavers there is a learning curve and I am hoping over time I won't have to shave the same area more the once or twice and the shave isn't as close as a straight razor. However, I needed for this convenience and on the go use and it serves it's purpose.

This is one of the best shavers I have used. The only down side is that it is extremely loud, but it is a small price to pay for a close shave. Nice shaver for the money.

Good for a quick leg shave when I don't have time for the whole show and dance, but not the closest shave. It does irritate my underarms so I'm making this my backup razor.

I use this razor only on my face, i.e. chin and upper lip. I was going to buy a man's razor but they are so expensive that I decided to try this one first. I'm glad I did. I use it after I get out of the shower and before I apply moisturizers. In about 30 seconds I've removed the hair and my skin feels smooth like a baby's. I'm getting laser treatments to remove the hair, but lasers work only on dark hairs. The laser will not destroy light or white hairs. Therefore, I anticipate that I will continue to use this Remington to remove the light hairs that remain. It is noisy, as others have stated, but I use it for short periods, so it doesn't bother me--especially since the results are so good!

I am disabled and found it more difficult to shave my legs in the shower. I got this razor thinking I would be wasting my money. I have used it on my dry legs before showering, but prefer to wait until after showering while legs are moist and hair is softened up. If you read the instructions carefully and use it as directed, this razor is 5 tumbs up!

I'm so annoyed. I bought this shaver several months ago and it has stopped working. I wasn't at all rough on it. I have no idea why it stopped working. It just did. I wouldn't recommend this shaver unless you don't mind replacing these after a few months of use.
