Fits Microflex® shavers ONLY. R-200, 225, 400, 425, 450 and Women's Shaver WR-5000

Do not push on the heads while replacing to avoid damaging them.

Remove Heads and Cutters:

1. Remove head guard by lifting on the front tab.
2. Remove cutter head housing by lifting on the front tab.
3. Turn cutter head housing over to locate central knob.
4. Turn knob 1/4 turn counter-clockwise.
5. Remove cutter and mounting frame.
6. Invert housing to remove the screens and mounting frame.
7. Dispose of cutters, screens and both mounting frames.

Replace Heads and Cutters:

1. Invert the cutter head housing (bottom up) and placing screen with mounting frame into the housing. Insure the screens are properly seated in the holes.
2. Locate the alignment pins on the screen mounting frame and locate the alignment holes on the cutter mounting frame.
3. Place the cutter and mounting frame into the screens with the cutters facing down. Make sure the alignment holes mate with the alignment pins.
4. Inspect the installation to insure the cutters are fully seated into the screens.
5. Press on central knob while turning 1/4 turn clockwise. This should lock the cutters into place, if not repeat from step 3.
6. Install cutter head housing onto shaver by firmly pressing back into place.
7. Install head guard by pressing back into place.
