I bought these for my kids after their pediatrician recommended they start taking a probiotic as a preventative measure to reduce illnesses caught at school. I can't really speak for the effectiveness since I don't know if these pills are the reason my kids are relatively healthy (the same can be said for their multivitamin), but they love the taste and take them daily without an argument. They haven't experienced any side-effects either, so I'll continue to buy these.
Chew one tablet daily with a light meal. Use only for children 2 years and older. Store in a dry place at 73°F (23°C) or below. Refrigerate after opening.
