The shampoo and conditioner are both great products. I use them daily. I love that both products make my hair smell great and leave my hair feeling smooth with no frizzies!!!!! The shampoo and conditioner do not weigh down my hair. I have long hair on the thicker side. After I blow dry, my hair is left feeling smooth, light and straight. Great job!!!!

I have been purchasing this product at a local store for a couple of years and used to be very happy with it. Recently however I have purchased it online and found the product to be of a lesser quality, as in less moisturizing, harder to lather, and the need to use more product than in the past. I will be looking for another type of organic moisturizing shampoo.

Love this Shampoo! Works great on my dry, thinning hair! Somehow it manages to make my hair look thicker and fuller! I was thrilled to find it on drugstore.com as my local drugstore stopped carrying it.

The shampoo lathers nicely, and has a neutral inoffensive smell, and surely doesn't strip hair to the point of matting it. However, it doesn't seem to cleanse my super oily scalp quite well enough. I'll have to try the "lather rinse repeat" method to see if that helps as I use up the rest of the bottle, but I probably won't be repurchasing this formula.

I'd recommend this formula for folks with dry scalps, especially in winter. It just isn't for me.
