They are great in cleaning and disinfecting lenses, but sadly I am sensitive to the disinfecting ingredients, and doesn't do much in keeping lenses feeling comfortable in the eyes, at least for me it doesn't. It cleans my lens better than the Alcon opti-express, and I don't generally experience cloudiness and pain when properly washed with this. The downside to this is that it is not as moisturizing as the Opti-express, and my eyes sometimes feel like they're quite dry. Still, this is a pretty decent solution. And my disposables stay whole and healthy longer because of the gentler treatment. And less work for me! I like the Renu, and up until now haven't really noticed any problems, but after reading the reviews, I tend to agree with the fact that my lenses dry out much quicker. I used to be able to wear them for longer hours, now after work I have to take them out, and bring eye drops with me wherever I go. I think I am switching back to Opti-Free. I have such a busy lifestyle; the task was overwhelming. With this, I just pop out my contacts and the next morning pop them back in. I love it! I don't have a problem with foggy lenses or anything. They are clean in the morning. This works great!  Comments about ReNu Fresh, No Rub Formula, 12 fl oz: I've tried other brands: Opti-Free, Complete, generic (my closest store charges and arm and a leg for Renu), and all the others make my lenses feel like they have a thick coating of slime on them, and they bother me the entire time I'm wearing them. Only Renu makes them feel so clean that I hardly ever feel the lenses on my eyes. They staying feeling fresh all day. I work a lot of split shifts and I nap in them, so the lenses are put through a lot, but as long as I have Renu, they hold up very well. I don't notice any stinging at all when I first put the lenses in, just a cool, refreshing feeling. And with the "No Rub" formula, what could be easier? My contacts were dry after a few hours of use and the worst part was the stinging pain that occurred when I put my contacts in. I thought I had some lint or clothing fibers on my lenses and I rinsed it repeatedly, but each time the solution touched my eyes they was burning and stinging. I like Opti-free and Complete solution. I've been using Complete and it keeps my contacts moist all day long. Comments about ReNu Fresh, No Rub Formula, 12 fl oz: I had been using Opti-Free Express No Rub, but I've always had brand loyalty with Bausch & Lomb, so I thought I'd give their product a try. Wow! I'm happy I gave it a try because when I take my lenses off before bed they are less dry than they had been being with the previous product. Also, your lenses need to soak only 4 hours with Renu No Rub compared to 6 hours with the other brand. Mine usually soak about 10 hours, but it feels good to use something that would only take 4 hours if need be. In addition, I prefer the color blue to green so it is also nice to see this bottle sitting on the counter. However, I wish they would make the bottle a little more fancy. Usually I need to discard my contacts after one week's use, but with this ReNu Multi-Purpose Solution, it seems like I can use them for another week!! Comments about ReNu Fresh, No Rub Formula, 12 fl oz: I used the ReNu Solution as advertised -- as an all-in-one solution. I stored my contacts in it at night, which seemed to make them cleaner/clearer than usual in the morning. I also used it to clean and disinfect my lenses, and after doing this, I noticed a definite difference between my old brand of solution and ReNu. My contacts were much cleaner after using the ReNu, and my eyes didn't bother me at all during the day, as they had before. I'm more than satisfied with this product, and will switch to the ReNu brand from now on. Displaying reviews 11-20
