I really love this product. It really does leave me feeling fresher, especially when I get over-warm, either from exercise or with a hot flash. Simply put, even though I shower daily and use a feminine hygiene wash daily I know that I smell better when I use Rephresh. I just wish it was less expensive, if I used it regularly as directed it would cost over $70 a month and that's just too much. I can't imagine what's in it that makes it so costly but it really does work.

i love this product! i was experiencing lots of irritation from using soap and occasionally baby wipes, both of which kept throwing off my ph. my obgyn suggested i use a prescription-only 5-day gel that, though it worked, wasn't very user-friendly (you had to fill the applicator yourself, it could get messy, it meant 5 days without sexual activity, etc). i saw an ad for rephresh, read lots of positive reviews, and decided to give it a try.

i ended up really liking it! this product is great for preventing any ph drama and incredibly easy to use. each application lasts for up to 3 days (though the effect seems to last much longer) and doesn't require any messy prep like the other med i had to use (as the applicators are pre-filled). i would recommend it to anyone whose fluctuations in pH are easily-triggered. i would also recommend using an unscented organic soap just as a general rule, even if you use it exclusively for your ladybits. it's worth the investment. also, avoid baby wipes like the plague. they are convenient if you need to feel fresher during your period or while on the go, but not worth the negative side effects. i had to learn the hard way!

I use this after my period each month or when I feel that I need it. My OBGYN recommended something like this to me before, just after each period. However, when I moved, of course that brand wasn't available. I didn't know what it was called. I started using douche, BIG MISTAKE. Douching can cause infection, UTI and bring your immune system down. I was sick on and off for months!! Doctor told me not to use douches as it will give me a UTI again and I will be back at his office needing some anti-biotics. Rephresh is easy to use and it does the job. The thing is that you have to wait 24-48 hours for full cleansing effect. So be patient. I do use 1-2 after each period. Mostly 1 is good enough.

This product was recommended to me by my gynecologist after I was being treated for BV. She said this would help with the antibiotics and I can continue using these. I have gone through two boxes since then. I'm trying to conceive, so I'm guessing his "army of soldiers" and my vag don't mix well. I usually use these after my menstrual cycle ends and during the week I'm most fertile (because we are intimate a lot more).
I've read with another woman she had some big chunky white stuff come out, that has happen to me but I am not discouraged because it happen once. I use these and also take probiotics. If you feel like there is nothing else to take away the odor give this a try, it has helped me a great deal. No more embarrassment..

I use this pretty regularly. I tend to have a sensitive vaginal environment and the littlest thing can cause a not-so-fresh feeling. This gel helps combat discomfort and odor. And I like the fact that it's natural and safe to use regularly.

I can't praise this product enough and only wish I had picked this up sooner. No matter how many showers or baths I took, I just never felt as clean as I wanted to be down there. I became hesitate of using public restrooms (more so the restrooms at work) with fear of someone or a co-worker walking into the same stall behind me. I would consistently carry a small bottle of perfume or one of those travel size can of febreze so that I may spray after every usage. Numerous visits with my gynecologist about my concerns only confirmed that everything was fine and what I was dealing with was just normal. It was recommended that I eat more yogurt and cut back on my sugar intake. I didn't feel normal and honestly thought I was the only one who was having this problem. No matter what I did, nothing seemed to make a difference until I tried Rephresh. From the first day of usage I noticed a major difference. Using Rephresh has giving me back my confidence to use public restrooms. Although, my boyfriend has never complained or made any comments, I just feel more secured and comfortable when we are intimate. So far I've only used the Rephresh gel but I plan on purchasing the daily Pro B capsules just to keep everything in balance. I did not expeirence the white discharged like some others stated in their review.

After your period, there are times in which you really need to use something after. Douches aren't the greatest thing that you can use and you can get a yeast infection from using it. So after going to the doctor for that, he prescribed me something for it. A one time use and it's all gone. I would also add, that my bf and I have an extremely active sex life. I think that contributes a lot to this. So when I saw this in the supermarket, I tried it. And it works!! I buy a new box before the box that I have is all used up. I love this and I will keep on buying this!! It's a great thing that drugstore.com has this! And it's cheaper (with a coupon) here than in my supermarket.
