Rephresh Gel worked for me immediately. (I've been using Rephresh about 3-4 weeks. I received my 2nd order yesterday.) *Eliminated ALL ODOR & I have not had any sign of a yeast infection. I only use it twice a week & I wear feminine pads (after reading a few reviews that it was a bit "messy.") It did not "clump" & I've noticed only slight, expected, amount dispelled. *** My only complaint: Applicators come pre-filled but do not dispense the entire amount of gel. However, the applicator plastic tube is soft enough to squeeze, so I get the remaining gel out of the tube manually (and apply it without the tube.) The applicator definitely needs redesigning but, while inconvenient, this does not discourage me from buying the product-- simply because IT WORKS. {I have begun taking the Rephresh Probiotic Daily Capsules, too.)

I've been struggling with BV and yeast infections since beginning puberty. My friend recommended I try this product out and WOW! I rarely get yeast infections anymore, and I've gone a whole year without my BV returning!
It helps me feel fresh after my period. I'd almost always get some kind of infection after both receiving oral or after intercourse, but this helps prevent that. I've even discovered it's making me less sensitive to certain lubes that used to irritate me! For me it is a must have!

I was skeptical at first, because I've tried other products that were not as effective...this item really works to check feminine odor...I would recommend this product. It's a little pricey, so I was glad to find the manufacturers coupons (for $2.00 off) inside the product.

I had an endometrial ablation and ever since, I have had problems with Ph balance. Nothing helped until I came across this product. I only have to use it about once a month.

I have tried just about everything to alleviate dryness. I am only 46 but had a total hysterectomy (inc. ovaries and cervix) 12 years ago.
I use HRT, but still have issues with dryness. I read so many positive reviews, so I expected a lot. I used this at bedtime, and noticed a difference in the morning. I did "feel" better. But then, later in the day, I had a terrible discharge, and it was obviously the gel. Yuck. It was gross. I had to wear a panty liner, there was so much!
This exact scenario happened on three separate trials.
I guess I am back to the messy KY.

I am perimenopausal and was having some issues. My GYN recommended this product and it relieved my symptoms almost immediately. I did not have any of the discharge that others wrote about. I had no negative side-effects whatsoever. The obvious negative is that this product in INSANELY overpriced as there are only 4 pre-filled applicators per $18-ish box.

I am amazed. Seriously. I have been struggling with BV off and on for years. I have the most SENSITIVE area and whether its safe-s3x with my fiancee (w/ condoms), certain soaps I use (or don't), foods I eat (or dont) or just b/c the sky is only 40% sunny, I have NOT been able to consistently control the smell.

I have tried homeopathic solutions, over the counter, medicinal drugs prescribed from my doctor and nothing seems to work CONSISTENTLY or long-term.

Let me be the first to tell you that when I first inserted this, that night, there was no smell AT ALL and frankly the lubrication doesn't bother me and actually helps me b/c I'm getting older (40) and deal with occasional dryness. I did NOT see any white/clumpy discharge as others have claimed (perhaps those people have yeast infections b/c that's what it sounds like).

The first night, I was 'wet' there but that subsides over the next 24 hours (still no smell and a CLEAR normal discharge). I assumed that maybe this "great phenom" would be short-lived...wrong.

The box says you can use it every 3 days but I'm on day four and still... ABSOLUTELY no fishy smell. MY ONLY wish is that I knew about this sooner so I wouldn't be so embarrassed before with s3x or just in general. Previously, I would shower 2 times a day to get rid of the smell and yes, I went to the doctor numerous times (I have had BV off and on and no other issues or STD's etc). I've tried flora pills, eating organic yogurt 3 times a day- I even tried yogurt & tampons (homeopathic) and even tea tree oil baths and tampons... THIS PRODUCT is amazing. Seriously. I don't know how long they've been in business or why I've never seen it before but I pray they keep it going. It's pricey but if you are struggling with a fishy smell, the cost is nothing b/c the product WORKS. I'm sold.

I was one who had re occurring bacteria infections and yeast I started using this RepHresh pH balance and I have not had either since I started using it. I began to wonder if this product was healthy because it worked so well.
