I have been suffering from on-going yeast problems for over 5 years. After countless useless trips to my OB-GYN and taking loads of diflucan, messy boric-acid suppositories, and messy relaguard gel, I finally have relief! I recently got engaged and I decided I did not want to suffer a day longer. I started researching relentlessly and came across some case studies for rephresh pro B. I had recently tried a generic probiotic pill(generic of Phillip's colon health) but it had no effect on the yeast. It only gave me diarreah. So I took a drastic step - I decided to go off the birth control pill I had been taking for 9 years. This had to be what has knocked my vaginal Ph out of balance and eliminated any healthy bacteria I had. After 4 months of itchiness even without the pill, I decided my vagina my still be out of whack PH-wise. After about 2 weeks of taking rephresh pro B, my vagina was back to normal. I almost didn't even remember what it felt like to not have constant itchy, clumpy discharge and burning. My natural lubrication is back and it's clear and healthy. 25 or 26 dollars seems expensive but the box is loaded with coupons, and anyone who has suffered from constant yeast overgrowth will tell you this is a small price to pay for sanity and a healthy sexual life. I keep mine in the refrigerator. Although this isn't required, it says to store at or below 77 degrees, and I can't guarantee my house stays that cool in Alabama. I take mine every morning before breakfast. I have had no side effects so far. I was amazed at the quickness and effectiveness of this product. I want to shout from the rooftops! Why doctors are not aware of this pill, I will never understand, but I will be telling mine when I go back to be fitted for a non-hormone copper IUD. I have used Rephresh gel on its own. It does provide some relief, but the yeast comes right back in a few days. You have to almost overlap applications to keep it working, and it can be messy if you have yeast cells when you use it. Just like the box says not to use it during your period because it sticks to blood and forms clumps - the same with clumps of yeast. I used the gel in conjunction with rephresh pro B for a couple of weeks but I soon found that I only needed the pill to maintain a perfect environment. I can sleep again! Thank you resphresh pro B!

After having chronic problems with yeast infections, almost on a monthly basis, I tried this out of desperation. They do work, so I continued taking them for nearly a year. However, at $1 per pill, it was getting expensive. Based on a recommendation from my GYN, I switched to a cheap acidophilus supplement purchased at CVS. Acidophilus has worked just as well as Pro-B at preventing the annoying itching at a small fraction of the price. It might not work for everyone, but if you are considering paying $30 for a 30-pill bottle of Pro-B, try acidophilus first, it's about $7 for 100 pills.

Was skeptical at first, but this product really works. I stopped using after a few months to see if it actually worked, after 2 weeks I noticed slight odor had returned....within a week of taking product again daily, odor gone and back to normal! Only drawback, really expensive for a product you have to take daily....

This product has worked very well for me. I was getting vaginosis every few months, and sometimes it would even come back a few weeks after antibiotic treatment. I started taking RepHresh probiotic, and using the gel, and everything cleared up without antibiotics. That was a couple of years ago. Now I have gone through menopause, and I only take it every other day. It sounds cheesy, but I really feel that the RepHresh products changed my life.

I've suffered from bacterial vaginosis and chronic yeast infections for a few years now. Although most doctor prescribed medications worked, they were never a permanent solution. I passed this in the womens hygiene aisle and thought I'd try it, even with the price tag. I'm so glad I did! After the first few days the smells and discharge were gone and I haven't seen them since! I know [$] for 30 pills is a bit pricey, but I'd gladly pay that to never have that awful problem again.

Okay...I have reoccuring YI and BV. It is not all the time, but every couple months. I am a single female 32 and if I have a new partner I almost always know I am going to get an infection. It is so frustrating. My Dr recommended I take this product. This is day 3 and it upsets my stomach so bad!!! Haqs this happened to anybody else? I also feel like I have a sore throat and just do not feel well at all. After reading up on probiotics I realized this can be from toxins being released from your body. Why is nobody else mentioning these side effects? I am going to start taking it right before bed and maybe that will help. Also..I wanted to tell everyone something. My Mother had re-occurring yest infections for 2 years and finally she went to a new Dr that told her she should have my dad treated. My dad got the yeast infection medicine and it worked!!!! So yes men can get yeast infections from you and keep giving it back to you so make sure to treat your husband as well. Just like a womans body can contain yeast, a man's can as well. If your partner has a yeasty body he can pass it to you.

I suffered from frequent BV infections. I have not had any infections nor any of the occasional odor that would come with a BV infection.I noticed a difference in about 3 days. I've only been using this for about two weeks but I plan to keep buying it. I love this product!

This is the only product that has helped me with chronic yeast infections. I've done the once monthly, 3 day terazol cream for years and I haven't had to do one since the first month of taking this product. I've been on it for about 4 months now and haven't had to use any prescribed medication since. I found this product by word-of-mouth, not my ob/gyn. I guess drs don't get anything for recommending an over the counter product? I will be talking to them about it at my next yearly. It is expensive at [$] per day but it works for me and that makes it worth it. I'll avoid the messy creams any day if I can help it. My recommendation: Give it a try and if it doesn't work for you, then you're only out about $30, but if it does work, no more messy creams or pills that mess with your kidneys and liver.
