After countless useless trips to my OB-GYN and taking loads of diflucan, messy boric-acid suppositories, and messy relaguard gel, I finally have relief! I recently got engaged and I decided I did not want to suffer a day longer. I started researching relentlessly and came across some case studies for rephresh pro B. I had recently tried a generic probiotic pill(generic of Phillip's colon health) but it had no effect on the yeast. It only gave me diarreah. So I took a drastic step - I decided to go off the birth control pill I had been taking for 9 years. This had to be what has knocked my vaginal Ph out of balance and eliminated any healthy bacteria I had. After 4 months of itchiness even without the pill, I decided my vagina my still be out of whack PH-wise. After about 2 weeks of taking rephresh pro B, my vagina was back to normal. I almost didn't even remember what it felt like to not have constant itchy, clumpy discharge and burning. My natural lubrication is back and it's clear and healthy. 25 or 26 dollars seems expensive but the box is loaded with coupons, and anyone who has suffered from constant yeast overgrowth will tell you this is a small price to pay for sanity and a healthy sexual life. I keep mine in the refrigerator. Although this isn't required, it says to store at or below 77 degrees, and I can't guarantee my house stays that cool in Alabama. I take mine every morning before breakfast. I have had no side effects so far. I was amazed at the quickness and effectiveness of this product. I want to shout from the rooftops! Why doctors are not aware of this pill, I will never understand, but I will be telling mine when I go back to be fitted for a non-hormone copper IUD. I have used Rephresh gel on its own. It does provide some relief, but the yeast comes right back in a few days. You have to almost overlap applications to keep it working, and it can be messy if you have yeast cells when you use it. Just like the box says not to use it during your period because it sticks to blood and forms clumps - the same with clumps of yeast. I used the gel in conjunction with rephresh pro B for a couple of weeks but I soon found that I only needed the pill to maintain a perfect environment. I can sleep again! Thank you resphresh pro B! Based on a recommendation from my GYN, I switched to a cheap acidophilus supplement purchased at CVS. Acidophilus has worked just as well as Pro-B at preventing the annoying itching at a small fraction of the price. It might not work for everyone, but if you are considering paying $30 for a 30-pill bottle of Pro-B, try acidophilus first, it's about $7 for 100 pills. I have acquired a vaginal odor that I have been trying to conqure since menopause began. I have been on probiotics for digestion thinking that would help. So when I found this that targets the flora balance I had to give it a try. After 1 week I can honestly say my odor is gone. I am so relieved. It is expensive, but to me it is well worth the money. I would recommend this product to anyone with similar problems. Pros

I definitely see a difference when I don't take them. I am very prone to yeast infections and BV. Any little thing can throw my PH off, and these keep me off of antibiotics and messy creams! Pros

For years I've tried other probiotics & prescriptions & she continued to suffer multiple relapses a year. Saw this product on Dr. Oz and thought what the heck. All I can say is WOW - two weeks and the yeast infection cleaned up without the prescription. For those who say a $1.00 a day is too expensive to take for life - I say my doe is worth a $1.00 a day- heck the antibiotics were a lot more than that. Pros

I stopped using after a few months to see if it actually worked, after 2 weeks I noticed slight odor had returned....within a week of taking product again daily, odor gone and back to normal!
