I use this to treat & wash with the next load. It works in cold water & the only stains it hasn't removed are ones I missed that went through the dryer without treating. It seems to hold stains in suspension. Once I forgot I'd used it for two weeks & it stiffened on a blouse so I worked more into the hardened area to soften it, & it all washed out, along with the stain! It allows for precise application & I've never had any discoloration or weird rings left behind. I do take care to work it in well & use on both sides of a thicker fabric. None of the gel tubes have worked as well for me.

My only complaint is that I much prefered the older, larger, round Spray & Wash stick format.

Thank you drugstore.com for carrying this great product. I can not find this in stores I have visited and wonder how anyone can treat stains with out it. Treat the stain now when you remember it is there, throw garmet in your dirty laundry container and wash later. Forget searching for stains to treat immediately before washing, that just does not work in my house.

I use Stain Stick to get stain off of clothes. The best thing about it, besides that it gets stain out is that you can treat the stain, and not wash the item for up to 7 days.

I have used this for years, and like it because I can treat the stain when it occurs rather than wait til laundry day when I have forgotten where all the stains are.

This new product seems to work great on all my stains. The caveat is, it needs more then overnight to work its magic. The original round stick, which does not exist anymore use to work overnight. I gave this product four stars for the fact it needs more time to work. it did work on all my other stains when it had a day or more.

I have allergies to scented products and perfumes. The Spray & Wash stainstick is the only stain removing product I have found that does not leave an ordor in my clothing. Happily it really does work - it gets stains out. The liquid Spray and Wash gets out stains but it has a perfume order that I cannot tolerate.

Easy to use, but no more than the original Spray and Wash round stick, also most of the stains I treated with this "New Resovle Formula" were still there. When I find the old one I'm gonna stock up, cause this is not it!!

I use my stain stick every night. As I remove a piece of clothing I check for stains and immediately rub with the stain stick. Then I toss the garment in the laundry bag. Come washing day every item has already been checked and pre-treated - all ready for the washer. So easy!
