I bought this because my eyebrows which were always light blond have faded to almost white and I wanted the forms to help define my brows. I found it very hard to line up the forms, hold them in place and fill them in. I looked like a clown when I was finished.

I disagree. I loved the whole kit sooo much. The tweezers work better than any I've ever used before! They get the shortest hairs. And the stencils make pretty, clean, precise shapes. They are also very pliable (if that's the right word). I would describe the brow pencil as being light/tannish, not dull. It makes the brow look not so harsh. I have medium brown hair and I think it matches great. Might be a little light for darker haired women. The color is blendable, and application is precise/mess free. The stuff that locks in the look works awesome and gives brows a flawless finish. Highly recommended. 5 stars. I'm so in love. Oh ya, and the case is really cute. I also bought a brow comb/brush and keep it in there.

the pencil that comes with it is a very dull grey/brown, it only comes with 3 different shape tools and they all look the same only they get a little slimmer than eachother. the gel that comes with it is great and the small travel pack is very awesome but the shapes, pencil, and tweezers kinda ruined my view on the kit.

Directions to create your perfectly shaped brows:

Choose stencil that best matches the shape of your brows and frames as much of your natural brow inside the cutout.
Located on each stencil; point A designates brow starting point, point B defines brow arch, and point C determines brow length.
Use brow pencil to trace and fill in stencil shape, while holding stencil in place.
Remove stencil and tweeze hairs outside the stenciled area.
Finish with brow styling gel to set brow shape.
