I really had high hopes for this lip butter with color as a blog I follow highly recommended this lipstick...so much in fact that I ordered it in 2 different colors. I liked the creamy and glossy feel but it didn't stay on long at ALL!! I am checking into how I can return these...(not sure that I can)!!

The color is so flattering! it's a very natural looking pink (like your own lips but better), very moisturizing with a sweet scent and even though it doesn't last long it feels so good you want to reapply it. There's not a lot of product in the tube AT ALL and I'm a little disappointed because I've gone through so much already. LOVE this lipstick!

This is a nice creamy lipstick in a very natural-looking brownish pink. It looks very different from the picture; in the tube it looks brown. I was disappointed because I was hoping it would perform more like a lip balm and that the color would be more sheer. I put some on my lips at bedtime to test its moisturizing ability, and I woke up with crusty, flaky, dry lips. It's not a bad product, but I wouldn't call it a technological advance; it's just lipstick.

Bought it with red velvet. It is good but not the color I want, since it appears pretty similar to red velvet!

I began buying the Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter a few months ago and now have about 6 shades. They are a perfect balance between lipstick and tinted lip balm. I love every shade with the exception of creamcicle, which I found to be a bit too pale and frosty (but will use to highlight center of lip). Last week I ordered another in "Pink Truffle". I am mad about this shade! It is such a natural pink - like the natural color of lips but only better. I plan to stock up on this shade as it gives my lips a healthy look and goes with any color I wear whether cool or warm. Hope that Revlon continues to produce this shade for a long time. Shades that I absolutely love have the tendency to be discontinued by manufacturers.

To get an idea of what the colors look like, go to Google Images and some great folks have drawn the lipstick in LARGE swatches on their skin. You can get a MUCH better idea of what color might work for you - instead of the teeny-tiny swatch on the store website.

This is the perfect combination of lipstick and lip balm. It actually lasted longer on my lips that I thought it would. It doesn't last all day, but it also doesn't claim to and frankly, I haven't found any lip product that does so I wouldn't even think to complain about that. Pink truffle is the perfect pink color for my pale (cool) complexion. It has enough color without being too bright or too in your face pink. I definitely recommend this for cool complexions. Also, the color swatch shown does not matter the actual color of it.

I was never into lip products. I don't like the feel of them, but these are great. They go on smooth without feeling sticky like a gloss. They are wearable and do not dry out your lips. I like the sheerer shades because I don't wear a bright lip too often. These are a great every day alternative to a lipstick/gloss. If you're looking for a bright lipstick, there aren't too many in this line.
