In the tube... this looks a little scary... almost neon orange scary... I'm very fair toned, so I wondered if this might be too much... But this lipstick-like balm that has surprising color payoff that lasts a reasonable amount of time... It is very comfortable on the lips AND very affordable (compared to options from other high priced brands) I can buy 4 tubes of this to 1 tube of those! But once applied, the scary factor disappeared. Tutti Frutti lends a nice warm color to my natural lip tone... perfect for the coming summer months!
