I have sensitive eyes and have tried a million eye shadows in a wide range of brands and prices. This is an awesome product for the price! I use an eyeshadow brush to apply and blend. The white in "Moonlit" is perfect for that inner-eye area, applied with finger tip. I don't believe "16 hours" is fair though, because after 8 hours, it is faded with enough there to hold a contour effect, but would need to be reapplied if you want to keep the initial look. Maybe it stays for 16 hours if you use the included sponge applicators?? The brush blends easier though.

I used the old Revlon Color Stay 12 hour quads, but since mine was from 2008, I knew I should toss them. Those did last 12 hours! And they were not so glittery.
Now they say 16 hours...Didn't last even 8 hours for me! Also, since they didn't still have the Coffee Bean quad, I thought this combo was the closest thing to it. Color is good, but WAY TOO MUCH SPARKLE! All that flakes off and makes me look like some art project in 5th grade! I'm 50 with sagging lids and lines, I don't want sparkle to draw attention to them! I couldn't tell from the store lighting that it was so glittery, and it was too late to return it. Don't use too much; it will flake more and does nothing to make it last longer either. I got another combo that is too sparkly, but I can't remember the name of it.
Fortunately, I made it work by applying a matte shadow over it to "tone it down". Since then, I've bought their "Attitude" combo which is much more to my liking. It is a matte combo. Everyone doesn't like or looks good with sparkly makeup. Too garish for daytime, and for my age!
