This eyeliner is great! It goes on very easily, and stays ALL DAY. I have very oily eyelids, and most eye make-up fades away as the day goes on. But this eyeliner actually stayed in place - all day.

While I adore most Revlon products, this eyeliner didn't deliver. It immediately smudged and wore off. It might work well in drier climates than Florida, just not here. The color was good but I'd have preferred a darker blue since it's called Navy.

I love this product and have been using it for years! I enjoy the all-day / all-night stay power of this eyeliner. Easy to use, not messy, non-iritating, glides on smoothly, does not run into your eyes like liquid eyeliners. The color that I use is navy blue for a smooth and less harsh look than black. This is the only eyeliner I have and I haven't been disappointed yet! Highly recommended!

Have used this liner every day for a week in the Vegas heat--doesn't run, doesn't budge. Easy to apply.

Don't waste your money buying this eyeliner - even though it's supposed to be "Colorstay" it doesn't at all. It runs and smudges - even with eye shadow on top of it to keep the color in place.

Love this! As stated in an earlier review, the blue is more of a dark blue - closer to navy. I have brown eyes and the color gives just enough of a kick to make my eyes noticeable (as opposed to brown or black). It's smooth/glides on easily and smudges well. I've had it on 7 hours and it looks like it did when I applied it this morning. The true test will be this summer in MD humidity! But compared to all the other eyeliners I have, this is by far the winner.

my eyes water all the time from allergies and some products wash right off.. not this one, it has staying power and looks well on the eye lid. i have hazel eyes mostly green and my eyes pop out when wearing this..lots of compliments
