Don't waste your money buying this eyeliner - even though it's supposed to be "Colorstay" it doesn't at all. It runs and smudges - even with eye shadow on top of it to keep the color in place.

I use this product for my bottom eyeliner.. I have been using it for years and love it.. It does not smear and lat all day.. love it

Love this! As stated in an earlier review, the blue is more of a dark blue - closer to navy. I have brown eyes and the color gives just enough of a kick to make my eyes noticeable (as opposed to brown or black). It's smooth/glides on easily and smudges well. I've had it on 7 hours and it looks like it did when I applied it this morning. The true test will be this summer in MD humidity! But compared to all the other eyeliners I have, this is by far the winner.

my eyes water all the time from allergies and some products wash right off.. not this one, it has staying power and looks well on the eye lid. i have hazel eyes mostly green and my eyes pop out when wearing this..lots of compliments

Stays put for hours, no smearing or moving into your eyes. This is a very deep, true navy color. It isn't too brightly colored.

This is by far the best drugstore brand eyeliner, and I've tried TONS. I almost always wear eyeliner and this is the best for it's staying power--I think the Colorstay line is so good anyway and use a lot if the products. It goes on smooth and is easy to use, just the right consistency. I personally like this color because I brown hair and brown eyes and black/brown eyeliner tends to look rather dull on me. For anyone who wants to try a different color, this navy is good because it tends to be on the dark side, not a bright, garish blue like some others I've tried. Also a good color for summer, especially if you have a tan.
