I use it if I'm in a hurry and want to look presentable..I can make a thin or thick line, which I like....it does smudge tho, which I don't mind to much...however I didn't like it for my waterline, it didn't last long... This is by far the best brand/type of eyeliner for the such a great price that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, especially when you use it so often. Must HAVE! I was looking for a good black kohl eyeliner I could use on my waterline that would actually stay, but this was just awful. It BARELY went on my waterline, and at that, I had to trace it on dozens of times just so it's look semi-noticeable. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and figured maybe it just wasn't best for waterlines, so I tried it just on my actual eyelid; absolutely terrible. It felt so dry and clumpy, it was like trying to rub a gluestick on my eye. If you want something that actually works, I'd suggest Rimmel Exaggerate waterproof eyeliner, it has a very intense color, and last pretty well, but it will smudge a bit. Cons Best Uses Comments about Revlon ColorStay Eyeliner Pencil, Black 201, .01 oz: This has a nice kohl pencil look and you can correct what you need to correct unlike with a fast drying liquid. It stays a good long time, but towards the end of a long day it does start smudging. You really need to use eye makeup remover to get it all off. I have very sensitive eyes and it does not bother me unless I do not get it all off a couple of days in a row. I really like the kohl look vs the harsh look of a fast drying liquid. It is about a 1/3 of the price of the Lorac eye liner I was using and it is ultimately better. I would like to see a sharper point.
