The good and the bad news is that it does exactly what it says - it does not smudge. So apply it wear you truly want it to be!

Since it won't smudge, my make up routine is so much less stressful. To give a more natural look around the eyes, I top with a neutral-toned eye shadow. This is an extra precaution I take to keep the eyeliner "set" and takes away the sharp lines, i.e. creates the softened natural look that I want without smudging into the wrong places.

I love this color for every day. It is perfect with my blue eyes and light brown hair.

BTW it is "self sharpening" so it is ready to use as soon as you rotate the makeup from plastic casing. Another great convenience and non-waste of product in shaved off inside a pencil sharpener.

This liner, along with the charcoal grey, are a mainstay in my cosmetic bag. They apply easily, and stay on reasonably well.
I apply a little eyeshadow with a thin brush over the top of the liner which makes it last all day. I wouldn't think of buying another eyeshadow pencil after using this. I've used he very expensive brands on down to the least expensive. I've found Revlon's to be the best.

I love Revlon products and I have been using them for years. This product works great as an eyeliner and stays put until I wash it off. I also use this product on my eyebrows. I have NEVER found an eyebrow pencil that will not smudge or face so I decided one day to try this and see how it works. This stays on ALL day and still looks good after 5pm! It can be hard to remove on the eyebrows but using a makeup remover that is made to remove waterproof products takes it off immediately. Try it and you will love it too!

Whenever a manufacturer claims that its product "lasts all day," I roll my eyes like everyone else. But this stuff lasts long after all my other makeup has faded away. Be sure you are careful applying it, because if you mess up, it's staying unless you wash with soap and water.
