I've tried many eyeliner pencils, and this is the only one that works for me. I love how it goes on, and that it comes in colors other than black.

it broke as soon as started to apply, not smooth at all, very clumpy and not an even flow to it, I had to press hard to get it on and then it was too dark and flaky.

Have used both this color, and the brown liner, and love them both. They have been mainstays in my cosmetic bag for a long time now. After using very expensive brands, on down to the least expensive, I have found this Revlon liner to be the best. I apply a little eyeshadow with a thin brush over the top of the liner, which gives it a longer lasting effect. Without the liner, it is fine, but will last longer with the shadow application. Don't waste your money on expensive brands. Think about it. It's a PENCIL. I can't believe people pay upwards of $22.00 for eye pencils! Try this for yourself. BIg thumbs up!
