I have somewhat oily lids so finding a liner with 'staying power' is a real challenge. Lancome had a gel pencil years ago that was great, but they took it out of their line. I would definitely prefer a pencil over a liquid, but pencils just don't cut it. Revlon's is easy to use, has a nice color selection with great pigment & staying power. Highly recommend it.
