Get the look

• Step 1:  Apply lipcolor evenly to clean, bare lips and wait until dry.  Note:  do not reapply color over existing lipcolor.
• Step 2:  Brush on moisturizing topcoat.  Reapply as desired.

To remove:  Use any oil or cream based makeup remover or cleanser.
