I apply most foundations with a brush, but this one is thicker than "whipped" would lead you to believe and have been applying it with my fingers. I like it more than the liquid colorstay foundation by Revlon because it doesn't dry as quickly and has a less cakey appearance on my skin. I haven't been using this much since it's the summer, but I know this will be a favorite in the cooler months.
