Comments about Revlon Double Ended Smokey Eye Brush, 1 ea: Love this brush. Though it is a smokey eye brush I have adopted it as my brow brush. I wear natural (vs sculpted)brows and use the angled brush to fill in brown with tinted way or to pull through color from a brow pencil and the shader in to precisely apply powder. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Yes / No - You may also flag this review 6/25/2012 Great brush at great price Pros
Cons Best Uses
Comments about Revlon Double Ended Smokey Eye Brush, 1 ea: I have owned this brush for a few months now. No hairs have fallen out on either side. I use the angled, firm-bristle side with a pot of brow color from Laura Mercier. It's perfect in this application technique (light, feathery strokes to fill in my brows). The other side, which has soft & very short bristles, is for use with my fourth, darkest color of an eyeshadow quad. I use this side to apply a small V-shape of color at the very edges of my last line & crease, after applying the first three shades. It is perfect for that corner eyeshadow application technique. I own every brush that Revlon makes, and they're all terrific. I've paid four times as much for different brands of brushes over the years- Bare Escentuals, Laura Mercier, Estee Lauder, Lancome & more. I prefer the my Revlon brushes. Not only do I love their non-shedding nature & minimal cost, they last forever, wash up well & have that great red-and-black color scheme. I only wish that this brand would also sell an angled, soft-bristle eyeshadow brush (for applying the third-darkest shade in an eyeshadow quad) & an angled blush brush for contouring the nose, under the cheekbones & the chin. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Yes / No - You may also flag this review Displaying reviews 1-2
