I ordered three of this product because I could no longer find it in my local department stores. I like the simple design, it is easy to use, it does not require heating, and it works on lashes with or without mascara. The PROBLEM IS...The eyelash curlers that I received ARE NOT what is shown in the picture on this website. The product I received is the only product available in my local stores, and one THAT I DO NOT LIKE! I've added a photo of the product that I actually received. I do not like the design...especially the rubber grips, I don't like the waffle weave texture on the back of the lash plate, I do not like the fact that this curler must be heated to work at all, and it takes me triple the time to curl my lashes, before mascara, and then I STILL have to curl them again after I apply the mascara! YUCK! Revlon should take this curler off the shelves, and Drugstore.com, you should update your website more often to make sure that you are portraying the correct items!

I have found that no eyelash curler really works without heat. I remove my mascara wand from the tube & let it sit for a minute while I heat the curler for a few seconds with the blow dryer. Then I apply the eyelash curler to one eye for about 30 seconds. I immediately apply mascara to that eye. Then I repeat the whole process with the other eye. It works great if you use heat. It makes me look like I have false eyelashes on. The design is easy to use. I do not use AFTER mascara as this just clumps the lashes together & makes a mess. If you've never tried heating the curler, I think you will like that, just don't get it too hot.

this is, by far, the worst eyelash curler I have ever used in my life. the pads are flat, so it bends your lashes instead of curling them & I am a person who likes to curl them up, so the bending and lines on my lashes are even worse! do not waste your money on this piece of junk.

This is my second one. My only beef is that I was unable to find refills for the cushion and that is why I bought the new one.

I can't believe this is a Revlon product. I bought a new eyelash curler because I could no longer find refills for my old one. The pads that now come with the curler actually stick to my eyelashes and pull them out! I tried both pads; washing the pads; dusting the pads with cornstarch/baby powder. Nothing keeps them from sticking to my eyelashes. This product is worse than ineffective. I'll be writing to Revlon about the 'lifetime guarantee.'

Lastr week I got rid of my eyelash extensions but can not find my trusty Shu Uemura curler so I bought this Revlon one to save money. What a waste - this curler is terrible. It only curls my center lashes - the outer ones aren't touched because of the shape of the curler - way too round. I've read that the Shu is best for Asian eyes and small eyes but I'm not Asian and my eyes are quite large - just a note. This Revlon one, besides not curling my outer lashes, leaves big dents in my eyelids that linger for hours. Ugh! I hope to find my Shu soon or I'll have to go buy another one. I'd rather not spend $18 for the Shu but it's worth it.

I have been using this eyelash curler for 10 years! I buy a new one after the pads wear out because I can't seem to find the replacement ones sold separately. Recently I bought a new one and noticed after a few days of use the rubber pad split. No big deal, I thought. Maybe it was just a bad one. I replaced it, and the same thing happened again. I'm sorry to say that I'll be switching brands now. If you cut corners to save money you come up with a poor quality product and lose customers!

This is the only curler that I've used, and it works fine for me, but as a prior customer wrote, where on earth can you buy the replacement pads?!!! They used to sell them separately, but now I only see them with the curler. The "lifetime guarantee" for the curler is completely useless without the option to buy pads alone! Thumbs down to Revlon for sneaky and poor marketing!

This "eyelash Curler" sucks! It takes me at least 30 minutes in the morning to use, and my eyelashes always overlap after they're finally curled. It can't curl my left eye whatsoever, and it can barely curl my right eye! Also, on the sides of my eyelashes it can't curl at all either! This is an absolute waste of money!
