Revlon Fabulash belongs in the fabu-trash. I have never had a mascara flake and speckle my face from the first swipe before, until this one. It is so annoying to have to keep wiping of flecks from your face during application. I purchase waterproof mascaras because they tend to be a drier formula and will not weigh down and straighten out my lashes after I have curled them. This was good in that respect, no weight whatsoever. As for being waterproof? No. Getting caught in the rain for a few minutes resulted in even more flecks which turned into raccoon eyes. Not exactly the "smoky" effect I go for. The application brush is an interesting design, though I don't believe it did anything to enhance volume. BTW, the brush is HUGE, making it cumbersome to get an even application to the corner of the eyes.
Volume? No. Lengthening? No. Waterproof? No. Flecks/flakes? YES. Irritating to the eyes? YES. Waste of money? YES. Recommend? NO! Bottom line? AWFUL!

I do like the brush, but the mascara is really poor quality. It flakes, feels "heavy" on the eyelashes and after it dries, my eyelashes seem shorter than they really are - exactly what I don't want from a mascara!

Never met a Revlon product that I wasn't crazy about....until this one. Miserable to apply. Brush has long and short bristles, side by side - not ideal for even application. Began flaking before I had one top set of eyelashes coated. I couldn't tell if it dries so fast that it flakes from the bristles, or if it was "splashing" off with every swipe. From the mess it made when I tried to wipe away the fallout, it's apparently both. But I didn't have time to take it off and start all over with fresh makeup, so I did the best I could & kept going. Finally got all lashes coated and the resulting under-eye mess camouflaged (required more foundation to hide the raccoon effect). But I've wiped new flecks away three more times since finishing the application fifteen minutes ago. I don't care how this stuff ends up wearing; I just slam-dunked the tube into the trash bin where it belongs. I should have just scraped it off & started over with real mascara. This site won't allow you to rate anything with zero stars, which is the only reason it's getting one from me.
