I had this dryer for a year or so. It is just OK. It is heavy and unbalanced and the cord is too short. It leaves frizz in my fine, permed and colored hair and doesn't add any volume. When this one started to get that burning smell, I decided to try something different. I bought the Zoe Pro Ceramic, also from drugstore.com. It is a huge improvement (see my other review). I wish I had switched sooner.

My old hair dryer died on me so I picked this one out at my local store. It's very lightweight, which I thought would be great since my last one was rather heavy. So wrong. This dryer doesn't get very hot and the motor doesn't seem to be very powerful. My hair that used to get shiny and smooth really quickly is now frizzy and dull. I've had it about 2 weeks and I'm back on drugstore.com to buy a new one.

I like syling my hair by drying it around a brush at the low hot settig, then setting the style by pushing the cool air button.

I have fine, straight hair and rely on a powerful blow dryer for style and body. I felt like my old dryer (Remington 1875 ) was running out of steam so based on the glowing reviews purchased this one. It gave my hair ZERO body, in fact, my hair was so flat and stuck to my head that I had to wash it again and dry it with my old hair dryer. This was by far the worst hair dryer I've ever used, even worse than most complimentary hotel hair dryers. I thought maybe I used too much conditioner and gave it another try the next day, but it did the same thing and I had to wash it again and dry it with my old dryer. It was so bad, I never used it again, instead, I gave it to my mom who is constantly straightening her curly hair.

I have never before had a hair dryer that actually improved the feel of my hair. I was surprised to see that this hair dryer not only dries my hair quickly, but makes it smoother and softer to the touch. I highly recommend it.

I found that this dryer took a little time to get accustomed to as it was different from the one it replaced. The diffuser is longer and keeps the dryer at a safe distance from hair and scalp. Settings, heating, and design are great.

This product received high rankings by Consumer Reports and it is well worth the reviews! I have been looking for a hairdryer that is not overpriced yet dries hair quickly without damaging it. This product does it all and is a great value. I have cut my drying time down and my hair looks shinier and healthier. Excellent product!
