Comments about Revlon PhotoReady Makeup, Mocha 012, 1 fl oz:
I purchased this product for the first time on a whim about six months ago, give or take a few months, and I absolutely love the product. I'm not exclusive to any one foundation (I do love my face & body from make up for ever and vitalumiere from chanel) but I've found a routine that makes this foundation flawless.
Generally I love low to medium coverage and this does the job perfectly though it is build-able and easy to blend. I found my perfect shade in #11 and I applied it with a flat top kabuki that I spray with mineral water (this thins out the product a bit to give me a lighter coverage and also uses less product) and set it with my HD powder from make up forever.
Lately, I've been doing a more sculpted/contoured face and to do this I use 2 foundations. Most days I use #12 (the darker foundation) around my face and neck and blend it in with a sponge before using #11 (the lighter color) every where else. I blend everything in with a sponge and then set it with my HD powder and my face is flawless and ready for highlight and a bit of blush.
Sometimes I switch up the products by using the #12 as the contour color and then using the chanel foundation in place of the #11. The chanel is a bit more...radiant I want to say so I only do that when I'm going out and want that extra something.
All in all I would recommend this foundation to anyone who wanted a foundation that's build-able and with decent coverage. As far as drug store brand foundations go this has a good range and I'm an NW47 in MAC for anyone wondering and the #11 is perfect as an all over foundation shade.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
