Cons Best Uses Comments about Revlon Root Erase by ColorSilk Ammonia-Free Permanent Color, Light Brown 51, 1 application: I'm not sure why first reviewer would say it fried her hair. Color today is very gentle on the hair and usually leaves your hair in better shape than what it is in. This does not fry your hair. I use this in between colorings to add a few more weeks to my color and it works well. The applicator is neat because it is not a messy brush. It's a sponge-type applicator and it's very easy to use. The color matches perfectly (I use the Light Brown color) and it gave me an extra 2-3 weeks before I had to re-color with my permanent color. It's a GREAT value, too. Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about Revlon Root Erase by ColorSilk Ammonia-Free Permanent Color, Light Brown 51, 1 application: What more can I say than I should sue L'Oreal. They suggest that the product is Ammonia free; however, they neglect to mention the peroxide and who knows what else! My hair was beautiful and healthy and all that went away in ten minutes after using theeir "Healthy Look" hair color. I resent them!
