I'm afraid the previous reviewer may not have read the directions ... I made the same mistake myself the first time I used this. You can only use ONE coat of this polish. A second coat will bubble and look awful. The same is true of the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri. However, I was able to use this Revlon version over the Sally Hansen Miracle Cure as a base coat. It didn't bubble and it stayed on for a week - which is a long time for a one-coat quick-dry polish! I couldn't use the base coat with the Sally Hansen quick-dry polish without bubbling. Hope that helps. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either of these one-coat brands. You just have to know their limitations.

This is such a pretty color but using it twice, two thin coats each time, bubbles consistently formed and got worse even after 24 hours! I don't know if I bought a bad bottle or not (I bought it in a physical drugstore), but I wouldn't take the chance.
