I don't blow dry my hair very often and I have been using the same hair dryer that I have had for about 20 years or more but it finally came time to retire it. So after shopping around I settled on this one since it had a really good price. It dries my hair quickly without making it friz. It's easy to hold and not too heavy. I'm no hairdresser but it does just what I need it to do.

It is very fast and light weight.
Using the difuser however takes longer to dry the hair but it comes out with beauitful volume.

I love it because it is light weight and powerful to use every day. it is not too noisy and easy to dry my long straight hair.

I loved this hairdryer when it worked -- less frizz, quick drying, etc -- but it died after only one year. So if you can get a good one, it does a great job on hair (which is why I'm giving it two stars instead of one), but it didn't last very long.

Prior to purchasing this product I had only used the Tourmaline T3 hairdryers, which were MUCH more expensive, and eventually the motors began to overheat and literally burn my hair (the barrel of one of them actually melted!). My husband researched this Revlon Tourmaline model, and I am so thankful to him! My hair is actually softer and looks much healthier and no more burning. The design of this product is very similar to the Tourmaline T3 (button placement, color, look, etc.) but a far superior product in my opinion! Thank you Revlon and other reviewers who made this purchase possible. I've already purchased a second Revlon Tourmaline as a backup (afraid they will phase out the model).

This actually does dry faster. We switched back and forth with two other dryers day to day to test, and the other dryers just take longer to dry our hair. This dryer is fairly light and much quieter than our other hair dryers.

It uses tourmaline ionic technology for drying, which i was looking for... It dries your hair with less damage compare to other form dryers. Only this dryer is of affordable price for me when other brands that costs $60 - $ 300.
It comes with concentrator and volumizing finger diffuser. Its weighs light and the quality worth higher end hair dryers. It has cold shot button, warm n hot options.. with high and low settings.

I just love this dryer. Its great for whole family.

I bought this for my 14 year old daughter who is "at that age" of being very appearance conscious. I knew that she would "over use" it like everything else new to a teen. Very happy to see that she is not burning her hair. She loves how fast it works and how light it is. Excellent product. Works well and reasonably priced. With the service from drugstore.com, you can't ask for more!
