Having severe asthma, I'm amazed with how well these products work. After only two weeks of use, I'm using no inhaler, not even for maintenance. I take my Allegra just on occasion now when the allergies are aweful. But that's only been twice in the last two weeks.

IF TAKEN IN EXCESS CAN CAUSE FREQUENT GAS AND BATHROOM VISITS. WHEN USED AS DIRECTED( 1-2 CAPSULES EVERY 4-6 HOURS) RESULTS ARE FANTASTIC!!!!! Adults and children age 12 or over, take 2 capsules (under age 12, take 1 capsule) every 4-8 hours as needed to maintain healthy lung function. Results are usually felt within hours, and increase with continued use. Once desired results are obtained, try 1 or 2 capsules twice daily for maintenance. May be used indefinitely if desired, or as needed for seasonal or temporary conditions.
