For difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.

Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms continue or get worse, or if new symptoms occur. If pregnant or nursing ask a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal around cap is broken or missing.

Adults and children over 12, take 2 capsules at bedtime as needed. Drowsiness will typically follow in 30-60 minutes. In stubborn cases, up to 4 capsules may be taken.
