I'm huge on liquid meals for breakfast and lunch for weight loss and to keep my calories low. I just tried this shake mix this past week and love it. It tastes so good and I am satisfied with how well it mixes and smooth it goes down. I will definitely be buying more of this sweet treat. It's cheaper here than anywhere else.

This product tastes like cake batter (vanilla flavor) and is almost the same thickness too. I mix mine with soy milk, which adds more sweetness to it. I don't mind the taste, as many diet shakes taste way worse. It doesn't thicken up once it's mixed, even with ice (as it suggests), and I think if it was thicker it would be more filling and fulfilling. I have taken to adding a 1/2 of a banana and putting the mix into a blender with a lot of ice to make it more like a smoothie. I find that this product works best for me when I am on the go, at work and busy and don't really have time to think about eating. Having the shake ready-made is handy too, it keeps well overnight in the fridge.

This has really worked for me. I am about 50lbs overweight and I started loosing weight when I replaced breakfast and lunch with the shake. It will just maintain your weight if you only do one shake a day (at least that was how my body works). Right Size helps you loose the weight slowly and safely and it really does curb my appetite. If you are not in a rush to get the weight off, this shake is for you. The vanilla flavor mixes very well with any fruit or even just low fat milk.

I mix this up every morning in my blender with fruit and skim milk. Taste is GREAT, you think your are cheating when you taste it, but your not. I have lost 40 lbs in the past 5 months and it was so easy.
In a shaker or blender bottle, mix 1 level scoop of RightSize with 8 fl oz fat free milk. Shake well. For a thicker smoothie, mix in a blender with 1/2 cup of ice.
