It's easy to apply and when first applied looks good. If you want a long lasting more defined look it's probably worth trying something else. Comments about Rimmel Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer, Noir 261, 1 ea: I do not wear powder, and this may be the reason that this eyeliner smudges very easily. It does not stay on for more than an hour without giving you raccoon eyes. I have tried MANY eyeliners, and this is the worst by far.
