Even though it's from a drugstore & not high end, it works SO fabulously! It's great because it's VERY pigmented, it's super white without having to layer at all! It's also super smooth & not goopy or dry at all. I use it on my lower waterline and it really makes a difference. Without it on, my waterline is just pink and my eyes look small and tired. This seriously helps open my eyes up and makes me look awake and wide-eyed! VS Most Liked Negative Review I was unable to re-sharpen the point. This was just so annoyning. On the good side, It was easy to apply, looked very pretty on my eyes and went on very smoothly. If you need a quick smooth line this item will work for you but you may not be able to use it after a few applications. I love how it's not frosted or glittery, and it blends really well for me if I use a tool, such as a sponge-tipped eyeshadow applicator.

Comments about Rimmel Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil, Pure White, .04 oz: I ordered this to rim the inside of the lower lid (a stage makeup trick to make eyes pop- then line outside of that in black.) it work fine for the INSIDE- actually has amazing staying power. But when I line the outside of the lid, it clumps like crazy! It's chunky, splotchy, just gross looking. It looks okay on stage, but is a hot mess up close. I should have spent a few more bucks on something with more quality, but rana out of so much stage makeup all at once, I had to get it. Pros

I use it in the inner corner of my eyes as well as a liner for the top to make me look more awake. I recommend this to anyone who is a bit tired of wearing the classic black! Mix it up with this color, you will be in for a surprise!
