I'm a big fan of the Rimmel The Max Bold Curves mascara, but it doesn't come in a waterproof. So I thought this would be pretty close since it's close to the same name. I was very disappointed. It adds no volume or definition to my lashes at all. I threw it out after the first use I was so frustrated with it. Don't waste your money.

I bought this one outside of drugstore.com because it was on sale, I had a coupon and I'm a sucker for trying new things. (Yeah, and I admit it, I liked the hot pink color of the packaging.) I have super straight asian lashes and a lot of regular mascaras will uncurl them. This waterproof formula also uncurled them. Booo! Waste of money but I was able to get a refund. Stick to the Maybelline Full 'N Soft and The Collosal (yellow) waterproof formulas if you have the same issues with mascaras uncurling your curled lashes.

This mascara takes several minutes to dry, by the time it does there are smudges all around the eye where the lashes have touched your skin. It doesn't thicken or lengthen the lashes, it left them looking very slight.

This does absolutely nothing to make your lashes look fuller. The only good thing I can say is that it separates the lashes nicely & doesn't clump. But after applying 2 coats it still barely looks like I have any mascara on. I had to put a coat of another brand of lenghtening mascara over top of it. I would not buy this again.

this is probably the worst mascara formula i've ever used. serious garbage. the description says its volumizing...well that's a lie. it did the opposite for me. and also, don't bother curling your lashes before using this mascara, because they'll be pin straight again after you apply this mascara. even the waterproof part sucks. it smudged after a couple of hours so bad you couldn't even tell i had mascara on anymore. waste of my time and money. never again. i'll never stray away from Covergirl again.
