Acetaminophen's never worked well for me, but I can't take other over the counter pain relievers for health reasons, so this works as well as any. Probably. I can't use this brand because something about the formulation makes me nauseated. Took me 4 or 5 tries to connect it because I've never had problems before with other brands or generics, but it has to be this because it happened every time I took it.

I understand that most people take acetaminophen for pain relief, but I have found that is also is a great stress reliever... not sure why... if I am in the middle of a very stressful or high anxiety day, I take two of these 500 mg tablets and 15 minutes later, I feel like a wave of calm comes over me. I normally don't take any medications and have never been on prescription drugs my entire life, so maybe I am extra sensitive, but my sister tells me she has the same experience with this product. I bought this bottle the last time I purchased because it is the best value for the money. I also keep a bottle at work for customers or clients who need headache relief.

Reduces minor arthritic pain. Much less expensive than name brand products of same nature.

I take 2 twice a day. I'm still lowering my prednisone, which is worse have to weigh the good with the bad. DO NOT take more then 8 500 mg tablets a day. Can cause liver damage!
